This rubber plate is very popular with horses with sensitive teeth. For most horses, the rubber version is more comfortable than the black plastic plate.
For many horses, it stays in place by simply pressing the plate against the ground, so it can be removed at any time.
Since the rubber is quite soft, you can enlarge the slots in this restrictor plate yourself at any time with a knife or jigsaw to adapt it to your horse's needs.
The size XS is so small that you may need to connect this insert plate to the base plate to achieve a better fit (e.g., with a ribbon).
