Meadowsweet is a bushy perennial herb, growing from 1 to 1.5 meters tall. Its white, dense flowers bloom from May to September. Meadowsweet is native to Europe and Asia and is particularly common in damp meadows and along ditches.

What should meadowsweet be paired with?
In cases of laminitis, meadowsweet can be supplemented with a high-performance feed supplement. Laminitis Detox is made from a blend of plants selected for their liver-protecting properties and helps limit the risk of laminitis.
Dose to add to the basic ration for an adult horse (500 kg):
20 g/day for 3 weeks. If possible, give in 2 daily doses. Repeat if necessary. Pregnant mares should be advised by a veterinarian. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask your veterinarian.
