L-Lysine also plays an important role in tissue growth and repair due to its collagen-like properties. It is concentrated in muscle tissue, promotes calcium absorption, and stimulates bone building. Vitamins B6 and C also contribute to the absorption and intracellular action of L-Lysine, which enhances its effect.
