Measuring Tips to Assure The Best Fit

  • Measure your back size – wrap the measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, just under your bust line 1, keeping it horizontal. This will give you your band size.
  • Then measure around the fullest part of your bust 2 , again keeping the tape horizontal.
  • To determine the size of pants, measure the girth of the waist 3 and hips 4
  • The following charts will help you match the designer’s size scheme for this product (indicated in the dropdown) to your usual size

Magnesium citrate is an important mineral for the muscles and nervous system, bones, water and energy management, and metabolism. Magnesium ensures the transmission of signals to the muscles. Furthermore, magnesium helps relax muscles. Magnesium helps absorb calcium into the bones and prevents calcium accumulation in other tissues.

A recent study revealed that as many as 20% of healthy horses have a magnesium deficiency, and in sick horses, this percentage can even rise to 50%. The same study showed that in almost half of the roughage examined, the magnesium level was below the minimum standard. In half of the cases, magnesium was therefore given in insufficient quantities, not only in roughage, but also in concentrate feed, which often contains either too little magnesium or proportionally too much calcium. Supplementing with magnesium can have a surprisingly positive effect.

Tip: Give magnesium to racehorses that suffer from competition stress.
