Lysine + from ESC Laboratoire is a lysine-based dietary supplement for horses.

Lysine is an essential amino acid that the body cannot produce. It is therefore essential to obtain it through diet. Mainly concentrated in the muscles, it fulfills many vital functions. It plays a key role in:

- Muscle development in horses,

- Repair of micro-lesions after exercise,

- Bone growth,

- Collagen and antibody formation,

- Carbohydrate metabolism.

Lysine is also involved in the production of carnitine, a substance essential for transporting fats to cells, where they are converted into energy.

Essential for the proper functioning of the equine body, lysine is a fundamental component of proteins necessary for the growth and regeneration of body tissues.

Among its other benefits, lysine:

- Contributes to the production of enzymes, antibodies, and hormones.

- Supports the immune system.

- Promotes the absorption of calcium, iron, and zinc.

- Aids in collagen synthesis.

An ideal supplement to optimize your horse's health and performance.

Uses

Dosage to add to the basic ration for an adult horse (500 kg): 15 g per day for 3 weeks. If possible, distribute in 2 daily doses. Repeat if necessary. Do not hesitate to consult your veterinarian before use or extension.

Precautions for use

Formulated for equines. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating mares. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Close tightly after use. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

Anti-doping Control

As this product may contain natural contaminants that could cause a positive doping test, as a precaution, it is recommended to stop its distribution before any official tests. Ask your veterinarian for the withdrawal period (usually 72 hours).
